Wow I can’t believe that when I am writing assignments for my classes I have to put down the date 2012. It was just so yesterday when the Olympics in China was coming to a close that I realized by the time of next Summer Olympics I will be graduating! And now that time has come in basically a blink of an eye. To start of the new year I decided to completely revamp both my blog and my portfolio with a much simple and elegant theme. This current theme was made by the talented Orman Clark over at ThemeForest. Just like every other themes I used in the past I gonna customized the heck out of it to make a bit more unique to my taste.

But above all Studio494 now has a new logo to go under by. A logo that I am quite pleased with in both feel and look , in which it represents my body of work in both Photography and Graphic Design.

So here’s the new logo to Studio494!

Since most of photography work deal with Nature I want the logo to have more natural feeling, but at the same time it needs to be elegant and easy to recognize. I went through hundreds of designs and concepts before I settle down for the final design. I was a huge fan of the twitter’s logo and its design, so it was a big inspiration for me during the creative processes. At first it was just the leaf by itself but as I start to play more with the design it gave me more ideas to explore.

This site is still under construction in which I gonna try to upload all of my work from past four years. My main portfolio is still at Studio494 running under Cargo Collectives. Check back soon! One thing for sure this blog gonna stay update much more often!
